Ok folks, better get this going on the August Meet. It's going to be held at Malby this month. Need some input on what's the best date for everyone on it, so post away with your responses. Your input will make or break it, for this is your club too. Let's get this rolling...

What! The August meet already! Wow. I feel like an idiot for not logging in to the board since the June 8th meet, here I have been thinking that the July meet was next Saturday!! I thought we all agreed it would be the last weekend in July. My fault, I wish I could have gone though, it looks like it was a blast.

I don't really know my way around Maltby that well but I think it would be fun to go on the infamous Maltby fun run!! As far as dates that work well for me, any weekend not including the 2nd is great, and preferably on a Sunday, as I work most Saturdays.

Ok, Julie, so we have Sunday the 10th and 17th up. I'll be out of state on the 24th, so that ones out for me. Anymore people have anything to say?

Won't be able to make the 17th, as I will be autocrossing in OR that day.

The 10th works for me though.

This is what we have so far for the August Meet from the input given:

Malby 'RUN' Meet
August 10th, Sunday
Meet up time: 12 noon

If that's good for everyone planning to attend it, I'll start making up the page for it sometime early this next week if no one else has anything to input. [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img]

At the meet there last year, we ate at a good pizza/Italian place next door to that country store restaurant (or whatever that is).

I think we better start some sort of mailing list. Seems like some people arent being informed of our meets ahead of time and end up missing them. Also im willing to put up my cell number for people to call if they cant find us or if they get lost or if they come late ...

If you are on the members pages and are using a different email address and want yours updated email me at [email protected] with your new address and i will make sure to change it. If you do not have a page in the members area and would liek one, email me with your info as well.

I think a mass emailing is a good idea. I've noticed that that faded out.

I'd be happy to send a meet notice to everyone's email (from their member page) if you guys want. Let me know.

David, that would be fine if you want to do an e-mail list and send it out for the meets and such. I have no problems with that.

Thomas, I would hope that by this time Francois has contacted you through e-mail on the TSofWA site, I talked with him Saturday afternoon about it.
